This morning I got this from Ryan Richards from our staff – with the “you’re not going to believe this video” comment. It nails what we experience almost on a daily basis. Great video. I took my truck to the shop last week and they wanted to replace the water pump, the exhaust maniford, the muffler and the catalytic converter. I only let them do the water pump since the truck’s only worth a $1000 or less.
